Rolling Thunder Enterprises has been producing cultural showcases and entertainment programs for more than three decades, with reviews from educational institutions, corporations, law enforcement, government leaders, and community organizations.
CHIPA & RUBY
Ruby and her son Jordan traveled across the United States with Chipa Lone Eagle Wolfe, sharing cultural education programs and live performances rooted in Native history and tradition.
Together, they built Rolling Thunder Enterprises into a respected cultural production company known for blending education and entertainment — what Chipa called “edu-tainment.”
Their daughter, Cecilia Wolfe, grew up immersed in the mission. From a young age, she worked alongside her parents at events, learning the heart of the work — not just the performance, but the purpose behind it.
Today, Cecilia plays a vital role in continuing the legacy. She helps lead event coordination, community outreach, and the preservation of the educational programs that have defined Rolling Thunder Enterprises for more than three decades.
After Chipa left on his Spirit Journey in 2016, the responsibility of carrying the Circle forward became even more personal. Through Cecilia’s leadership, dedication, and stewardship, the tradition continues — rooted in respect, family, and community.
